Fae cosmetics chooses to ship with Australia post.

DELIVERY:
Only one delivery attempt will be made for ALL Shipping.

Hobart customers are lucky enough to receive same day free delivery on orders made before 1pm and over $99.00, if your purchase falls under this amount a flat $8.95 delivery fee will be charged. For all other customers free next day delivery  is offered for orders over $99.00 which are made before 1pm, if your order falls under this amount a flat rate of $8.95 will apply.

You have the option to select free standard delivery on orders below $99.00, this package will be delivered by sendle and may take up to 5 days to arrive, to view their terms and conditions click here

– Shipping fees will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below $99.00
– Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Australian public holidays.
– Shipping couriers do not deliver on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Orders are processed and packed for delivery during trading hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Same day delivery orders must be received no later than 1pm.
–  Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
–  Address cannot be changed once order is paid. Fae (Fae cosmetics and affiliates) is not liable for wrong address information on the invoice.

AFTERPAY:

If you choose to use Afterpay to pay for your purchase, shipping will not occur until Afterpay have advised that payment is successful and cleared. This may cause delays on shipping time and as such we can not guarantee shipment will be processed on the same day or next day as it would be when paying through other methods. BPAY:

Bpay orders will not be shipped until payment has been received, this may take 1-2 business days, please be aware that if paying via Bpay your order may take additional time to arrive. If goods are needed same day then the alternative payment methods will need to be used.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOX OR PARCEL LOCKERS ?

As we require a signature for all packages, we do not ship to P.O. BOX or Parcel Lockers. We only ship to valid residential or home address to which we can ship the order. Fae will not be liable for any lost orders should you request for your order to be delivered without any signature.
Any request for Authority to Leave without Signature will be at your own risk.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address – we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Fae will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

FUTILE DELIVERY:

If there is no one available to sign for delivery within business hours, you will be required to collect the item from the post office or the nearest startrack depo indicated to you via a white card left by the courier. Contact is then made with the sender before a new job is booked for redelivery. The option to have the parcel left in a safe place at the receivers location is made available at the time of booking/dispatch should there be nobody available to sign at time of receiving.

Interstate (not Tasmanian): Futile deliveries are taken to the nearest post outlet or post office for collection and a card left for the receiver. An extra fee of $8.50 is charged for any freight which requires to be carded to the post office/outlet.

RETURNS:

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Fae cosmetics strive to ensure that all deliveries are received in perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied please contact us at customerservice@faecosmetics.com.au within 24 hours and we will endeavour to correct the issue. The cost of returning damaged or faulty goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot guarantee the product will not be damaged during shipping and as such we suggest purchasing a transit warranty for orders, this is an agreement between the customer and Australia post or Startrack courier, costing 2.15% of the purchase amount . Fae cosmetics does not allow returns or refunds for change of mind. Credits or replacements are only offered in instances where the products are incorrectly selected by our shipping team. All incorrectly shipped items remain property of fae cosmetics and must be returned at no cost to the unintended recipient. We advise all customers to take when selecting products online as we do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect colour selection.

WILL I GET CHARGED FOR RE-DELIVERY?

There is no re-delivery option. If no one is avaialble to receive your package, the courier will provide you with a White Card to collect your package at the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. nail polish) are required by law to be shipped by ground-only transport in possession of dangerous goods licenses.

PAYMENTS

AFTERPAY:

One of the most exciting aspects of the Fae cosmetics service is the integration of Afterpay. For those who don’t know, Afterpay allows you to get your favourite products straight away but instead of a full payment upfront, they allow 4 fortnightly payments. Please be careful when purchasing your beautiful products, as once Afterpay has approved the sale, the order value and details cannot be changed.

Fae cosmetics does not keep any of your credit card information, the payment is made off site on the afterpay servers. Please keep in mind, Fae cosmetics will not process an order unless the Afterpay credit check has been approved. Fae cosmetics will not be held liable for orders that have been declined by Afterpay or for orders that have been delayed due to Afterpay credit checks and denials. To read the full terms of the Afterpay service click HERE

STRIPE:

Stripe is the best way for us to accept payments while keeping your credit card and personal information secure.
